I was just working on my own lesson plans for the year, both for our homeschool and for teaching art part time. A few friends asked me to send them a copy of our lesson planner pages that I use. I thought this might be nice to share with you all too.
This is “supposed to” be an editable pdf, which means you’re “supposed to” be able to type in the blanks. It hasn’t worked for all versions of Adobe Reader though.
As I wrote in the lesson plan ebook, the attached planning sheets are created using editable PDF forms. This means, you should be able to type into the form before printing off your planning sheet. I’ve left room for additional subjects, and to enter the daily assignments for each subject. I also have a spot for your reading list at the top for the week. This can be used for fun reading, read aloud as a family, or assigned reading. I had to put three lines because that’s how many books one of my kids gets through in a week!
To download the planner, just click on the image above.
If you want the font to match, I’m using Glass Antiqua, available for free from Google Web Fonts, www.google.com/webfonts
I hope this is a help to you and your family.
Do me a favor? If you are blessed by this and if you are on Pinterest, Facebook, or other Social Media, please share this post. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this! I am gearing up for my first official year of homeschooling with my own kids (I homeschooled other kids overseas, but they had a pre-written curriculum and lesson plan). I have all of the subjects written down that I want to focus on, but was thinking of just making my own template for lesson plans. Now I don’t have to!
Also, I pinned this – hope it helps!
