The Bread by Hand Ebook (ebook)

No Mixer? No Experience?

NO PROBLEM!

Bread by handA year ago, a friend called me for the fourth time in one day for some “Bread Baking Counsel”. As I explained each step to her, she suggested my next book should be a detailed explanation of how to bake bread. (Her actual suggestion was a book called “Bread Baking for Total Morons” but I changed the title) I sat on this little project long enough, and I finally was able to bring it to completion by the grace of God.

If you have ever wished there was a book out there with more than just more bread recipes, a book that actually explains the process to you, and helps even the most inexperienced bread baker understand the ins and outs of baking bread by hand, well, here it is! Whether you are interested in learning how to bake white bread, wheat bread, or any other sort of bread, you will learn how in this ebook. In fact, I don’t just stop at baking basic breads. This little ebook covers sourdough bread, rye bread, homemade soft pretzels, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and more.

The Bread by Hand eBook. Just 43 pages long, with illustrations by Kimberly and her daughter Ruth. Available to you as a downloadable PDF ebook.

Why Swagbucks? Well, using points I earned on Swagbucks last year, I earned a bunch of FREE gift cards to places like Amazon.com and Restaurants.com, which in turn paid for most Christmas gifts, Birthday gifts, date nights, and nearly paid for an Amazon Kindle Fire. Signing up with Swagbucks using this referral link allows me to earn more points while you also earn points. For easier searching, I recommend grabbing the Swagbucks Toolbar for your web browser.
